0. Participation in the event is not recommended for beginner-level riders!

1. All participants take part at their own risk. Accident insurance is highly recommended,
but will not be available on-site!
2. The participant declares that they are in good physical condition, regularly monitor their
health, and do not suffer from any condition that could prevent their participation.
3. Full-face helmet, back protector, and knee pads are mandatory during the race!
Additional protective gear is strongly recommended. Organizers will conduct regular gear
checks on-site; failure to wear proper protection may result in disqualification.
4. The organizers accept no liability for injuries or material damages that may occur during
the event. No compensation will be provided.
5. Once the registration is completed, the entry fee is non-refundable.
6. By registering, participants agree that the data provided on the registration form will be
stored in the database of Pannonhalmi Kerékpáros Sport Klub (PKSK).
7. Participants accept that photos and videos taken during the event may be used for
promotional purposes, and they waive all rights to compensation. Any commercial or
promotional activity at the event venue is only allowed with prior written permission from
PKSK.
8. Under 18: A parental consent form and data processing agreement must be completed
and submitted in printed form at on-site registration.
9. Over 18: A liability waiver and data processing consent form must be completed and
submitted in printed form at on-site registration.
10. These declarations must be printed, signed, and handed in at on-site registration.
Without them, the registration will not be accepted.
11. A participant may only register in one category.
12. Track access is only allowed after on-site registration and with a valid race number.
13. Information about prizes and awards can be found in the „Awards” section or on the
event’s Facebook page.
14. By registering, I declare that I have understood and accepted the terms and conditions of
registration.
15. PKSK reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time.
